Please include as much detail as possible — what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots are always helpful.
In the app, go to your client list and tap the + button. You can add a client manually with their name and contact info, or invite them to connect through the app so they can use Real-Helper on their side.
Create or open a property in your Properties section, then use the share/send option to push it into a client's chat thread. If the client uses Real-Helper, the property appears directly in their home search list along with any Property Data you've pulled.
Real-Helper: Agent is free to download and use. All features — unlimited connected clients, in-app chat, property management, Open House sign-in, and QR code sharing — are included at no cost. The only paid feature is Property Data, which requires a County Property Data Pack (see below).
Property Data lets you pull public-record information for any property — beds, baths, square footage, assessed value, last sale price, lot size, and estimated market value — directly inside the app. This data is sourced from RentCast and costs a small amount per query.
You purchase a County Property Data Pack (10 queries for $3.99) as a one-time in-app purchase through the App Store. Each time you tap "Get Property Data" for a property, one query is used. You can buy additional packs whenever you need more. Unused queries do not expire.
When you tap "Get Property Data" on a property and have no remaining queries, the app will prompt you to purchase a new County Property Data Pack. You can also keep an eye on your remaining query count shown next to the "Get Property Data" button on any property page.
Your Real-Helper: Agent data is stored in the cloud and tied to your account, so when you sign in on a new device, your clients, properties, and conversations should appear. If something seems missing, contact us with details and we’ll investigate.
No. You can still manage clients and keep notes in Real-Helper: Agent even if they don't use Real-Helper. However, when clients do use Real-Helper, your messages and shared properties appear directly in their app, which makes collaboration smoother.
We use your data only to provide the Service and do not sell your client information. Some data is processed by third-party infrastructure providers (such as Firebase) and by RentCast when you request Property Data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
